Jennifer E. Schulz

Jennifer Schulz is a Partner at Ravid Law Group, where she represents various public and private companies including major developers and national tenants throughout the United States and Canada. Her practice focuses on various types of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on skillfully drafting and negotiating retail, office, and industrial leases and ancillary documents on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Throughout her career, Ms. Schulz has worked on a wide range of matters of varying complexity in different types of projects from shopping centers and life-style centers to mixed-use projects to street locations. She regularly advises clients on practical solutions to problems that arise throughout the term of a lease, drawing on her experience to understand not only the legal ramifications but also the business objectives.  In addition to representing clients in commercial leasing transactions, Ms. Schulz also represents purchasers and sellers in transactions for the sale of real estate properties throughout the country, which includes negotiation of purchase agreements and in-depth title review and due diligence.  Representing all types of parties gives Ms. Schulz the perspective and experience needed to understand the issues and come to a resolution quickly and efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests.

While in law school, Ms. Schulz served as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Ms. Schulz received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was Executive Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, Order of the Coif, and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She earned a B.S. in Architecture at the University of Virginia.
