Jennifer K. Hunt

Jennifer K. Hunt has extensive experience representing national retailers, developers, institutional landlords, and other publicly traded and privately held companies in connection with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of property across all asset classes.

As former senior in-house real estate counsel for a Fortune 500 retailer and Assistant Deputy General Counsel of Real Estate for a Fortune 30, publicly traded media and technology company, Ms. Hunt provides her clients with practical, business-oriented solutions. She began her legal career practicing commercial real estate law at an Am Law 100 law firm.

Ms. Hunt earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2011 and her B.A. from The John Hopkins University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
