Robin Deighan’s practice concentrates on commercial real estate transactional matters. Ms. Deighan primarily represents national retailers in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of leases in shopping centers, mixed-use projects and freestanding locations. She also has extensive experience in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of ancillary documents, including SNDAs, estoppels, amendments, waivers, easements, parking lot leases and other documents; the review and analysis of site plans, title work, surveys, environmental reports and other due diligence materials; and the review and analysis of development issues and the preparation of documentation related to same. Her clients include a national chain of grocery stores.

Ms. Deighan received a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of Whittier Law Review. She won the National Association of Women Lawyers Award as Outstanding Woman Law Graduate of Whittier College School of Law. Ms. Deighan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southern California.
