Taylor L. Ulrich

Taylor L. Ulrich is an Associate at Ravid Law Group. Mr. Ulrich’s practice specializes in commercial leasing, where he has represented a diverse group of domestic and international clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to successful entrepreneurs in all types of local, regional, national, and international real estate projects. Mr. Ulrich skillfully drafts and negotiates retail, office, and industrial leases and ancillary documents on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Prior to becoming an attorney, Taylor worked in international business development, making him uniquely equipped to handle both the legal and non-legal terms of transactions.

Mr. Ulrich earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2018, where he was a member of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. He earned his B.S. in International Business from Pepperdine University, as well as his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. During his time at Pepperdine, he studied abroad at both Fudan University in Shanghai, China and the University of Mannheim in Mannheim, Germany.
